A Message To Our Listeners, Friends & The KONG CREW

Today has been one of those difficult “behind the scenes” broadcasting days that every independent station eventually faces.

Throughout the day, WTSG Digital Broadcasting experienced a series of technical problems involving server access, website availability, streaming infrastructure, and communication systems. Most frustrating of all, many of you were unable to access WTSG.net for periods of time.

To our listeners, friends, supporters, community members, and the entire KONG CREW — we sincerely apologize for the interruptions and inconvenience.

As an independent, veteran-owned, listener-supported station, we work incredibly hard every single day to keep the music playing, the streams running, and the community connected. Days like today remind us that even in the digital broadcasting world, unexpected technical issues can happen without warning.

The good news is this:
We are actively working through the problems, coordinating with support teams, and continuing to stabilize services as quickly and safely as possible.

We also want everyone to know something important:

WTSG-DB is NOT going anywhere.

Challenges may temporarily interrupt the signal…
…but they will never stop the mission.

The support messages, patience, loyalty, and encouragement from our listeners today truly meant the world to us. Independent broadcasting only survives because of great people like YOU.
